Strategic Collaboration
Why This Collaboration Matters
After welcoming PFC Pro Players as a performance and individual preparation partner in Costa del Sol, JEP Sports Management continues expanding its partner network with SAFT Academy — adding an academy structure focused on youth development, methodology and age-based programs in the Barcelona area.
While PFC Pro Players specializes in individual performance for professional and transitioning players, SAFT Academy brings a structured academy environment for youth development, technical formation and long-term player pathways — complementing JEP's representation, evaluation, legal and career support services.
Methodology
UEFA PRO Methodology & Comprehensive Development
SAFT Academy applies UEFA PRO methodology — the highest coaching qualification in European football — with reduced groups and personalized attention. The approach integrates technical, tactical, physical and mental development adapted to each age and level.
The methodology emphasizes not only football-specific skills but also values, habits and psychological development — forming not just better players but more complete athletes prepared for the challenges of their sporting lives.
The technical team maintains constant feedback with players and families, providing progress tracking, individualized reports and structured development plans.
